COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Symptom/Sickness Policy:​

  • Please reschedule or change in-person appointments to virtual appointments if you have any of the following symptoms:

    • ​fever, chills, and/or muscle aches

    • sore throat, difficulty or painful swallowing

    • new or worsening cough

    • nasal congestion or runny nose

    • sneezing (not allergy related)

    • difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

    • loss of taste or smell​

    • unexplained fatigue or malaise 

    • unusual or severe headache

    • nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea

    • unusual skin rash or discolouration of fingers or toes

Clinic COVID-19 policies & procedures:​

  • Clients and staff are no longer required to wear medical masks while in the clinic, however, medical masks are available for anyone who wishes to wear one. I, Jenna Homer, will continue to wear a mask in the clinic for the foreseable future.

  • All staff members at the clinic adhere to our symptom/sickness policy

  • All staff members at the clinic are fully vaccinated

  • All surfaces and equipment are sanitized between clients with Covid-19 approved cleaners

  • High touch surfaces around the clinic are cleaned with Covid-19 approved cleaners several times a day

  • A professional cleaning service cleans the clinic twice weekly​​

When you arrive at the clinic:

  • Enter the clinic no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time

  • Sanitize or wash your hands upon entering the clinic

    • If washing your hands, please follow the posted hand hygiene instructions

After your appointment:

  • All invoices and payments are electronic

  • Your credit card on file will be billed directly​

  • E payments are accepted​
