Session Formats:

In-Person Clinic Sessions for hands-on assessment, treatment, and guided rehabilitation

Virtual Sessions for convenient, expert guidance from wherever you are—perfect for education, movement assessments, exercise coaching, and ongoing support

In-Person Active Rehab Sessions in the clinic or gym to build strength, mobility, bone density, balance, stability and more
Session Lengths
-
30, 45, and 60-minute clinic sessions available

Initial consultations typically booked for 60 minutes

Internal pelvic exams typically booked for 45 minutes

30 minutes for more focused therapy such as functional dry needling, therapeutic massage, or exercise review or progressions
-
Gym-based active rehab sessions are 60 minutes, plus a 10-minute warm-up

Clinic Appointments: Book online by clicking HERE or on the "book an appointment" button above for all in-clinic sessions, including initial assessments, follow-ups, and specialized treatments.

Waitlist Option: If you'd like to get in sooner, make sure to contact me or add yourself to the waitlist when booking online — I’ll do my best to fit you in as soon as possible.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible so I can offer the time to someone on the waitlist.

Referrals & Extended Health Coverage:

No Referral Needed: Physiotherapists are primary health care practitioners, so you do not need a doctor's referral to book an assessment or begin treatment.

Appointment Fees: Fees are the responsibility of the patient.

Extended Health Benefits: I do not offer direct billing at this time—thank you for your understanding. After each session, you’ll receive an invoice that you can submit to your extended health plan for reimbursement.
